Arvind Nair is a seasoned Realtor and Partner with RE/MAX Performance Realty, who has a tremendous passion for the field of real estate. His honest and professional practice has garnered him many awards, consistently ranking in the top 10% of all Realtors in Fraser Valley, and qualifying for the Medallion Club Award 35 times. In 2003, Arvind was awarded the one of the most prestigious real estate awards in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, the John Armeneau Professional Award, for projecting a positive professional image of the real estate industry, displaying high standards of business ethics, and for contributing to their community and to organized real estate.
During his tenure with RE/MAX, Arvind has gained an incomparable level of expertise and experience in all aspects of real estate. Arvind’s high level of creativity and energy allows him to develop innovation solutions for clients in areas such as luxury homes, single family homes, townhomes, apartments, ranchers, large farmland, wineries, shopping malls, investment holding areas and commercial / industrial buildings. He has also represented private and institutional organizations, banks, local government and provincial hospital foundations and public assembles in both the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets throughout the Fraser Valley.
As a partner with one of the first and longest standing RE/MAX offices in Metro Vancouver, Arvind plays a key role in the overall management and professional guidance to his agents. At RE/MAX Performance Realty he values investing and engaging his office in their own community at a local and provincial level. As an office, they are proud sponsors of local schools, donating to school fundraisers and sponsoring post-secondary scholarships. RE/MAX Performance Realty is an active participant in local businesses and community associations, contributing to hospitals, blanket drives, toy drives and sports teams. Since 1992 RE/MAX has raised over $44 million dollars for the Children Miracle Network. Giving back to the community is close to Arvind’s heart, with a belief that as a local company there is an importance to give back to the community that drives their success.
