Gurdip is a Buyer Specialist and prides herself on understanding the needs of her clients, finding the right home, and securing the best deal possible. As a Certified Negotiation Expert, she brings specific negotiating skills, tactics and experience across cultural backgrounds to help her clients.
A lifetime North Delta resident puts Gurdip in the heart of the area where she sells homes, an area she knows well and loves. With roots in the Punjabi community (fluent in both English and Punjabi) this gives Gurdip a unique position to help home buyers and sellers reach across cultures for the best possible result.
Gurdip is active in the community as a longtime member of the NDFC soccer club and you can find her on the field every Saturday coaching both her boys’ teams.
