About Me
Phil Hooper has been a licensed realtor for 23 years and is fully knowledgeable about the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver real estate markets. Having been a resident of the Lower Mainland for over 40 years, Phil is heavily involved in the North Delta community where he currently resides with his wife, Brenda and youngest son Aidan. He’s also had the pleasure of raising his two (now grown) sons, Aidan and Shawn, in the community which he so loves.
Phil dedicated his time to coaching baseball, ball hockey, and ice hockey. His enthusiasm to teach and natural leadership skills also led him to become a Director of the Boys and Girls Club, President of the Rotary Club, and President of the Chamber of Commerce – to name a few past endeavours as well as a District PAC representative.
Clients of Phil receive the best of both worlds. He prides himself in being accommodating and pleasant, yet remaining results-oriented and thorough. His experience in real estate and exceptional negotiation skills, earned him a spot in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He continues to best serve his clients by being accommodating, down-to-earth, and focusing on building lasting relationships
