Once a high-performing Junior hockey player, Rajiv redirected his competitive drive toward academics and business. After completing his Business Degree at BCIT, he identified a clear need in the real estate sector for property managers who are financially disciplined, transparent, and relentlessly service-oriented.
Rajiv built his foundation in both leasing and building management through roles with both boutique firms and large corporate operators, gaining a deep understanding of residential & commercial asset performance. Driven by a commitment to higher standards, he eventually launched his own practice and began building a client base focused on trust, communication, and results.
Today, as a licensed Property Manager and Realtor, Rajiv oversees an expanding portfolio of properties, blending sharp financial insight and operational excellence with a strong client-first philosophy.
